What Webhawk does.Five products, one person at a time.

Identify tells you who visited. Enrich adds how to reach them. Journey shows what they looked at. Webhawk’s AI scores each journey, Outreach only emails your highest-intent visitors, and Postcards mails them a real card. Identify is always on. Enrich, Journey and Outreach start on for a new account, and you can turn any of them off in setup or later. Postcards start off until you approve a design.

With everything on, a new person costs up to $1.64, plus up to $0.30 for each person Outreach emails, and less as you grow. With Identify alone, 500 paid new people in a month come to $347.

01 · Identify

See who is behind the visit.

Most people leave your website without filling in a form. Identify matches those visits to a person where it can, so an anonymous session becomes a name you can act on.

What you get

  • Name and email
  • City and state
  • New and returning people, told apart
  • Everyone in one list, or sent to a supported CRM

Good to know

  • Not every visitor can be matched to a person.
  • Nobody is identified until a card is on file. Until then, the pixel counts visits for free.
  • You choose a monthly budget for all products, or No limit. If the next charge would go over it, paid work stops until next month or until you raise it. A separate cap on paid new people, 1,000 by default, pauses identification only.
  • During setup you add a visitor-identification disclosure to your website. You remain responsible for the notices your business needs.
$0.12–$0.99per new personReturning people: $0.04–$0.15 each, at most once per 30 days. Your first 10 people are free once you add a card.Explore a sample person
02 · Enrich

Know how to reach them.

Identify tells you who. Enrich adds the details you need to follow up, when they are available for that person.

What you get

  • Phone number
  • Street address and ZIP
  • Occupation and other available details

Good to know

  • What we can add varies by person, and we only show what is available.
  • Phone numbers show a do-not-call flag where we have one. Follow the calling and texting rules that apply to you.
  • On for new accounts. Turn it off in setup or at any time. Your first 10 people include it free.
$0.08–$0.40per person with new details, at most once a monthCharged only when a new detail is added. Graduated: the more people in a month, the less each one costs.Explore a sample person
03 · Journey

See what they looked at.

Journey lays out every page someone read on your websites, in order, so you know what they care about before you reach out.

What you get

  • Every page they visited, in order
  • Visits across all your websites
  • A short summary of their activity

Good to know

  • Journey shows pages and times. It does not measure time on a page or what someone typed.
  • Outreach reads visits to decide who qualifies, whether or not Journey is on. Journey is what lets you see them yourself.
  • On for new accounts. Turn it off in setup or at any time. Your first 10 people include it free.
$0.03–$0.25per person with a journey, once a monthGraduated: the more people in a month, the less each one costs.Explore a sample person
04 · Outreach

Only emails your highest-intent visitors.

Outreach is not a blast to everyone we identify. Webhawk’s AI reads each visitor’s journey across your site and scores how interested they are, and Outreach only emails your highest-intent visitors. Interest rises with repeat visits and pages that show buying intent, such as pricing. Everyone else is left alone.

What can earn an email

  • Coming back to your pricing page
  • Returning to booking, demo or contact pages

These are examples, not a checklist. Interest fades with time, and someone who qualifies may still not be emailed.

What does not

  • A homepage view or a blog read
  • One look at your pricing
  • People who look like your existing customers, or who you marked as customers
  • Anyone who has opted out or unsubscribed

How it stays in your control

  • New accounts start with Outreach on, but nothing sends until you approve a set of sample emails, once.
  • After that your assistant writes and sends to people who qualify, without asking each time. Pause it at any time.
  • At most 3 emails per conversation, and no new conversation for 30 days.
  • It stops when they reply or unsubscribe, an email bounces, or you record an outcome.
  • New sending addresses start at 20 emails a day and rise gradually. Inbox placement is never guaranteed.

How it sends

  • From your assistant, at a sending address on yourbrand.reconnectscout.com, with no DNS changes for you.
  • Every email carries your footer and a one-click unsubscribe.
  • Replies land in your Inbox and stop the emails to them.
  • It needs a verified email, not Enrich or Journey. Role addresses and visitors sending a privacy signal are skipped.
$0.06–$0.30per person emailedFollow-ups in a conversation are included. A new conversation counts again. Charged once the recipient’s server accepts the email, with hard-bounce credits.Explore a sample person
05 · Postcards

A real postcard, in their mailbox.

A real postcard, sent automatically when a visitor’s interest crosses the bar you set. Printed, stamped and mailed for you.

What you get

  • 4×6, 6×9 or 6×11 postcards, or a folded notecard
  • Start from a design, create one with AI, or upload your own artwork
  • Printed, stamped and mailed for you, to U.S. addresses

How it stays in your control

  • Postcards start off. Nothing is mailed until you approve a design and turn them on.
  • Approve the design once. After that, cards go out to the visitors who qualify, without asking each time.
  • You set the interest bar and the mailing area, a daily and monthly limit, and a ceiling per piece.
  • Likely customers are skipped, and a household gets at most one card in 30 days.
All-in quoteper piece, printing and postage includedEach piece is quoted before it is mailed and never costs more than the ceiling you set. It counts toward your monthly budget.

What will Webhawk show me?

Webhawk identifies website visitors it can match to a person, even when they do not fill in a form. Identify gives you their name, email, city and state. Add Enrich for more available contact details and Journey for page-by-page visit history, so you can see who is interested and what they explored.

How does Webhawk decide who to follow up with?

Webhawk’s AI reads each visitor’s journey across your site and scores how interested they are. Someone who logs in to your site every week is a customer, not a prospect, so Webhawk leaves them alone. A new visitor who comes back to your pricing page and reads your demo or contact page shows real intent, and that’s who can get a personal email or a postcard. Existing customers, people who opted out and people contacted recently are skipped. Prefer to do it your way? Send people to your CRM, export them, or follow up yourself.

Can Webhawk send postcards automatically?

Yes. Postcards start off. Choose 4×6, 6×9 or 6×11 postcards or a folded notecard, approve your design once, and set the interest bar, the mailing area, a daily and monthly limit and a ceiling per piece. After that, Webhawk mails a real postcard when a visitor’s interest crosses your bar: printed, stamped and mailed for you, to U.S. addresses. Each piece uses an all-in quote that includes printing and postage, never above your ceiling, and counts toward your monthly budget. A household gets at most one card in 30 days.

Can I try it before I pay?

Yes. Explore sample visitor profiles, enriched details and journeys before creating an account. When you are ready to use your own website, add a card and your first 10 identified people are free, with Enrich and Journey included. Outreach is priced separately and only emails your highest-intent visitors. You can revisit the sample dashboard at any point during setup.

Is there a monthly fee or minimum spend?

No monthly fee and no minimum. One sending subdomain is included and can serve several websites. Additional sending subdomains are optional at $5/month each, with explicit authorization. Adding another tracked website carries no monthly fee. Set a monthly budget cap covering identification, returning people, add-ons, Outreach and postcards, or choose No limit. Postcards use the all-in quote you approve.

Why keep Webhawk running?

More context supports better-informed follow-up. As real activity accumulates, Webhawk can show returning interest and, with Journey enabled, how someone’s visits connect over time. Replies and confirmed outcomes help guide the next action. Email outreach only writes to your highest-intent visitors and builds sending history gradually. There is no base monthly fee for keeping your account open; usage stays within the budget you choose.

How long does setup take?

Installing the website pixel usually takes a few minutes if you can edit your site. Add a card to start identifying people. For email outreach, which only writes to your highest-intent visitors, complete your business profile and approve the first emails. Allow up to 24 hours for your sending subdomain to be processed and DNS changes to propagate before outreach goes live.

Do I control when outreach sends?

Yes. New accounts start with Outreach on, but nothing sends until you approve a set of sample emails, once. After that your assistant writes and sends to people who qualify, without asking each time, and you can pause it at any time. It only emails your highest-intent visitors, understood from their journey: people whose visits show real buying intent, such as coming back to your pricing page. A homepage view or a blog read does not qualify, and someone who qualifies may still not be emailed. Outreach is charged once per person in a sequence after confirmed recipient-server acceptance; follow-ups are included, with hard-bounce credits. There is no outreach charge while setup is pending.

Why does email outreach start gradually?

Each new sending address starts with a small daily allowance. The first seven days of actual sending are an initial ramp, and sending limits continue to increase gradually while delivery is monitored. Establishing a sending reputation can take several weeks; seven days does not promise full capacity. Your dashboard shows your current allowance and any delivery review or pause. You pay for accepted outreach activity, with no base monthly fee. The included sending subdomain has no monthly charge; optional additional subdomains are $5/month each after authorization, including during their gradual sending ramp.

Will it work with the tools I already use?

Use a supported CRM connection or webhooks to bring visitor details into your existing workflow. Your dashboard shows the connections available and guides you through setup. The details shared depend on the products you have enabled, so you can choose how much context to bring into your tools.

How are privacy and opt-outs handled?

Outreach emails include an unsubscribe link. When someone unsubscribes, Webhawk blocks further outreach to that email address. During setup, you confirm that you have added a visitor-identification disclosure to your website. Our Privacy Policy and Do Not Sell or Share option are available at the bottom of this page.
